Cancellation The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival. Deposit is non refundable deal   Prepayment The guest will be charged a non refundable prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount will be charge on arrival day .

Children and Extra Bed Policy All children are welcome. One child under 12 years is charged GBP 10 per night when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

 

About the Annex building:

 

We have 8 small double rooms in the annex, the annex being a separate building situated behind the hotel, it does not have a lift.

It’s a non-smoking building and pets are not allowed.

The size of those rooms is very small and there is no internet connection or Wi-fi.

 

The hotel does not have a private car park.

 

Parking is available in front of the hotel or along the Promenade (pay and display, no charges from 16:00 until 10:00 the next day).

Parking is also available by the train station for just £2/12 hours (5 -7 min away)

Parking at the Venue Cymru for £5/24 hrs (7-10 min away from the hotel).

 

No pets allowed (policy applies)

 

No smoking , No hot food allowed into the guest rooms  ( hotel policy applies)
